Great programs and services for great people

Single Mothers in Progress is a charitable organization founded in 2009. In 2011 SMIP became a registered non-profit organization before becoming a charity in 2013. SMIP provides a remarkable support system to single mothers and a solution to many issues seen in today's society.

SMIP currently serves its registered families in Canada and internationally. Our Vision, mission, and goals allows us to be apart of the mission to make society better. Founded in order to motivate, inspire, and empower single mothers SMIP prides itself with the programs and services we provide.

After 7 years of providing programs and services SMIP has assisted over 700 families.  Mothers have used our resources for a variety of reasons such as, food, clothing, furniture, counselling, referrals, motivation, recreational and educational programs, and empowerment.

Our staff and volunteers all have the same interest of making a difference for the families suffering from poverty and supporting them on their journey to self-reliance and success.

The success of our organization and the support we offer is are possible by our staff, volunteers, and the community.
